1. Introduction

Welcome to UOSagas, a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) provided by Mystic Forge Studios UG (haftungsbeschränkt). By accessing or using UOSagas, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To register and use UOSagas, you must be at least 13 years old. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to secure your account.

2.4 One Account Per Person & Household

Each person/household is allowed only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or termination of all related accounts.

2.5 Account Sharing

Sharing your account with others outside your household is strictly forbidden and may result in account suspension or termination.

3. User Conduct

3.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Using cheats, bots, automation software, hacks, mods, or unauthorized third-party software.
• AFK resource gathering and farming (by unattended gameplay or macroing) is strictly prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players.
• Impersonating any person, including UOSagas staff.
• Posting or transmitting illegal, harmful, or offensive content.

3.2 Enforcement and Penalties

Violations may result in temporary or permanent bans, either at the character level or for your entire account, depending on the severity. All decisions are at the sole discretion of Mystic Forge Studios UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership

All content within UOSagas—including text, graphics, images, and software—is the intellectual property of Mystic Forge Studios UG and protected under applicable copyright laws.

4.2 Limited License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use UOSagas for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

5. Privacy and Data Collection

5.1 Information Collected

We collect and store information such as account details, IP addresses, and personal data to provide and improve the game and for security purposes.

5.2 Use of Information

Your data is used to operate and enhance UOSagas and to communicate updates and promotions to you.

5.3 Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

6. In-Game and Website Store

6.1 Digital Goods and Delivery

Purchases made via the website or in-game store involve digital goods (e.g., Eren Coins). These are delivered to your Eren Coin Wallet and available for in-game use within 2 minutes after payment confirmation.
By purchasing, you agree that delivery begins immediately upon transaction completion.

6.2 No Refunds

All purchases are final. No refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations are permitted after the transaction is completed, except where required by law.

6.3 PayPal Fees

All displayed prices include applicable PayPal transaction fees.

6.4 Virtual Asset Ownership

Virtual items remain the property of Mystic Forge Studios UG. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use these assets within the game under these Terms.

6.5 Loss of Virtual Assets

If your account is banned due to violations, or if the server is permanently shut down, you may lose access to purchased assets. Mystic Forge Studios UG is not liable for such losses.

6.6 Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with § 356 (5) BGB (German Civil Code), your right of withdrawal expires once the digital content has been delivered with your express consent and acknowledgment of the waiver of this right.
By purchasing, you confirm that you waive your right of withdrawal for this transaction.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1 Disclaimers

UOSagas is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mystic Forge Studios UG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of UOSagas.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of UOSagas after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Conflicts of law provisions do not apply.
